Customer Service is Our Business

Customer service is our business. I often ask new hires what kind of business we are in, and the answer is usually; “Remodeling, Renovation, Construction” …and my answer is always- “we are in the customer service business.”

Like other experiences, dining out is less enjoyable if you don’t have someone taking care to get the order right or to you in a timely manner, even if the food is good. In home renovation when you have to interact with so many new faces in your home, having good relationships is paramount to your experience.
