About us

Our Team

You can count on us.

With nearly three decades of design-build experience, we've seen our share of passing fads, unexpected challenges, tricky regulations, and more. We've also completed work on upwards of 700 projects and developed meaningful relationships with more than 500 clients, many of them long-term over the years.

From the very start of the project, we believe in going down the path together. That means complete transparency around costs and process, as well as our on-time, on-budget guarantee.

We're more than designers and builders. We're lifestyle-changers. Our solutions are customized to fit your current preferences and aesthetic, designed to grow and evolve, and built to withstand real-life wear and tear.

We're partners in creating your dream, and we hope to stay friends and collaborators for years to come.

National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Board of Directors, 1999-2011, serving as Past President, Membership Chair, Treasurer, and Ethics Chair of the Eastern Massachusetts Chapter, 2009-2013

FUN FACT:
Early in his career, Ray was a Paratrooper in the US Army, leaving as a Sergeant after a four-year tour.

BEST WIESE MEMORY: I enjoy our company retreats the most, really getting to know our extended family. We once paddled the Saco River, and it was great being able to spend time with everyone throughout the day while moving slowly down the river.

FAVORITE KIND OF PROJECT: Projects that have high-impact on lifestyle.

"I've always been interested in building things that are unique and lasting while helping people create a home environment they will really cherish for excellent 'livability' and design aesthetic. I'm grateful that I am able to work with a team of talented and like-minded craftspeople and designers who share the same core values."

Alexandra Fiust, NCIDQ | Senior Project Lead & Designer

Bachelor Of Fine Arts In Interior Design, Syracuse University

Part of the Wiese Family since 2012

FUN FACT:
Alexandra also concentrated in Jewelry and Metalsmithing at Syracuse.

BEST WIESE MEMORY: I always enjoy the final handoff to the client. It's satisfying to see the project completed. One of my favorite memories was closing out a project on a client's birthday, so we brought a cake to celebrate.

FAVORITE KIND OF PROJECT: We designed a kitchen renovation that flipped the location of the kitchen, dining, and family rooms around. The impact on the home and the family was so rewarding.
